We were established following demand from our many Cherry Kitchens South East Ltd clients wanting General Building carried out alongside their Kitchen Makeover. Our existing team drew on their many contacts in the local area to put together a highly motivated group of Contractors who delivered a top quality product but at an affordable price.

CKM Property Solutions Ltd now work alongside several larger local Principal Contractors particularly in the Building Insurance Repair sector.

Our ethics are based around Family. Both with in our recruitment and the way we treat our Contracting Partners. Our core is formed by two families that have worked together for many years and work to an ethos of ‘Treat others, how you would want your own to be treated!’

We have recently expanded our Management team and bought in 25 years of experience of working with many of the major UK Insurers in the Buildings Insurance Repair Industry. We use this collective knowledge to be the best service provider in this specialised sector.

We have longstanding partnerships with leading Loss Adjusters and Repair Networks. We appoint a foreman to each claim and they oversee the claims journey from start to finish, meaning the policyholder always has a clear and knowledgeable point of contact.

We cover most of East Anglia. Our core postcodes are CO, IP, CM, SS however we are flexible in our approach and postcode coverage can be adapted to our clients specific needs.
